Return/refund and cancellation Policy:
After ordering if you wish to cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible as most orders are packaged or dispatched shortly after being ordered, we will endeavour to do our best to cancel the order before it is sent. Once goods have been sent an order cannot be cancelled or refunded until sent back to us at buyers cost.
In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged or with a manufacturer’s fault, you must notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of your order. Goods must then be shipped back to Aylesbury tile centre. Please be aware that you will be fully responsible for the return of goods and any associated costs of return. We will only process refunds for goods received back complete and in a sale able condition. Special pieces, which have been imported at your request, are not returnable and therefore non-refundable.
All goods returned to Aylesbury tile centre must be returned in it’s original packaging and unused.
Under the Distance Selling Regulation 2000, customers may return goods up to seven days after the order is placed. Returned goods must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
Aylesbury tile centre will not be responsible for shipping goods back to us, this is the responsibility of the consumer. Unfortunately we cannot accept resalable returns later than 7 days because of batch and shade issues etc.
Monies will be refunded once the order has been returned to us and received in good order less 35% re-stocking fee of the initial price of the goods ordered and less the original shipping cost. Any item cancelled after ordering and paid for by debit or credit card will incur a standard card processing fee of £1-£5. Any items which cannot be delivered through fault of the customer (customer not present at time of delivery and fails to collect from local depot) will be returned to us and the 35% restocking fee will be charged plus the cost of delivery and return delivery.
